We were pleasantly surprised by the level of care and attention we received during our stay at Fotiya's hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, from picking us up at the bus stop to helping us with our train tickets. The rooftop restaurant offered beautiful views and delicious food. Despite the slight inconvenience of being a 15-minute walk from the main attractions, the value for money and exceptional service made up for it. we highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, and the hotel's rooftop restaurant offered a nice view of the surroundings. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they arranged for a camel safari that was a very beautiful experience. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area.
The air conditioning didn't work properly and we experienced some problems with hot water and electricity in the room. despite these issues, the hotel's great staff and beautiful surroundings made for an enjoyable stay.

What a great xmas experience! The hotel had a really good rooftop with a stunning view, ideal for sunsets, having drinks and enjoying the desert atmosphere. The staff was always cheerful and helpful with any concern or need we had, it was great to have them around. The location was perfect, not too far from the main attractions and site scenes, so we could easily walk around and explore the city. the food was mouth-watering, especially the local cuisine, we enjoyed every single bite of it.
It was hard to find the hotel, we really struggled to locate it as it was not very well indicated in the maps and it took us a while to get there. , the room could have been cleaner, it wasn't up to our expectations and we noticed some hygiene issues that should not have been there.
